Privacy Notice

Short version: we collect the little we need to point you at the right therapist, we pass your contact details only to the clinician you pick, and we do not want your medical information.

Effective July 26, 2026

1. What we collect

  • What you search for. The concern, state, city, format, and payment preferences you choose. You do not need an account to search.
  • What you enter on a consult request. Your name, email, optional phone number, how you would like to meet, and any logistics note you write.
  • Your acknowledgment record. When you complete the start screen we record which version of the acknowledgment you accepted, the date and time, whether the orientation played, your IP address, and your browser type. We keep this as proof of what you were told and what you agreed to.
  • Account details, if you choose to create one to save matches: your email and the authentication data our provider needs.
  • Ordinary server logs generated by our hosting provider, including IP address and request data, used to keep the site up and to stop scraping and abuse.

2. What we do not want

We are not a healthcare provider and we are not a HIPAA covered entity. Please do not send us diagnoses, medications, treatment history, assessment results, or anything about a provider you have seen. Our forms ask for logistics on purpose. If you send clinical information anyway, we may delete it, and you should not expect us to hold it as protected health information.

3. How we use it

To show you relevant clinicians, to pass your consult request to the clinician you chose, to keep a record of the acknowledgment you accepted, to keep the service secure and free of scraping, and to answer you if you contact us. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Who sees it

  • The clinician you choose. When you request a consult, your name, email, phone, meeting preference, and note go to that clinician so they can contact you. That is the point of the request. What happens after is between you and them.
  • The FeelGuide clinician network, which is the source of the listings and the route your consult request travels to reach a clinician. FeelGuide is operated by the same company.
  • Our infrastructure providers, who host the site and the database and process data only to run the service for us.
  • Nobody else, unless the law requires it, or unless we need to produce your acknowledgment record to defend a legal claim.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of functional cookies and no advertising cookies. One records that you completed the start screen, so you are not asked again on every visit. If you sign in, a session cookie keeps you signed in. Clearing them means you will go through the start screen again.

6. How long we keep things

Consult requests are kept as long as needed to route them and answer questions about them. Acknowledgment records are kept for as long as a related claim could be brought, because their whole purpose is to show what you were told. Server logs are short-lived.

7. Your choices

Email support@feelgreat.today and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Deleting an acknowledgment record means you will go through the start screen again the next time you search. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we honor them regardless of your state.

8. Children

FeelGreat is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 directly. A parent or legal guardian may use the service on behalf of a minor in their care. If you believe a minor has used the site directly, email us and we will remove what we have.
